Hitesh Sir is a veteran IT Consultant and Corporate Trainer with a career spanning over two and a half decades. Unlike traditional trainers who rely on theory, Hitesh brings real-world experience from the trenches of global IT infrastructure.

His journey has taken him from the classrooms of NIIT to the corporate boardrooms of Microsoft, where he served as an Azure Technical Trainer. He has delivered high-end technical training in over 30 countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Germany, and the UAE.

He is the author of "Citrix NetScaler 11x - Unofficial Lab Guide for Beginners" and holds the prestigious Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) badge since 2006—a 15-year legacy of teaching excellence.
