At Modafiesta Solutions, we are committed to providing world-class IT training and consultancy. We value your investment in your career. However, to maintain small batch sizes and high-quality mentorship, we have a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy to prevent last-minute dropouts that affect other students and scheduling.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Registration & Booking Fees
- Non-Refundable: The initial Registration Fee or Seat Booking Amount paid to reserve your slot in a batch is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Validity: This booking amount is valid only for the specific batch date mentioned at the time of payment. It cannot be carried forward to future batches indefinitely without prior approval from the administration.
2. Course Tuition Fees
If a student has paid the full course fee and wishes to withdraw, the following refund slabs apply:
- Cancellations 7 Days Before Batch Start: If a written cancellation request is received via email at least 7 days before the batch commencement date, 90% of the tuition fee (excluding the Registration Fee) will be refunded.
- Cancellations 48 Hours Before Batch Start: If a request is received between 7 days and 48 hours before the start date, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- After Batch Commencement: Once the batch has started (or after the first class/orientation session is completed), NO REFUND will be provided for any reason. This applies even if the student has not attended a single class but failed to notify us of withdrawal.
3. The “Demo Class” Policy
- We provide a Free Demo Class or Career Counselling session to help you evaluate our training quality before payment.
- Once a student attends the Demo Class and subsequently pays the fees to enroll, it is understood that they are satisfied with the teaching methodology. Therefore, no refund requests based on “teaching style” or “course content” will be entertained after enrollment.
4. Global Certification Exam Fees
- Third-Party Payments: Many of our courses (Microsoft Azure, AWS, EC-Council) involve official certification exams conducted by third-party vendors (e.g., Pearson VUE).
- No Liability: If you pay an Exam Fee through Modafiesta Solutions to book a slot with Microsoft/AWS/EC-Council, that amount is passed directly to the vendor. We cannot refund Exam Fees once the voucher has been purchased or the slot has been booked.
5. Cancellation by the Institute
- In the rare event that Modafiesta Solutions cancels a batch entirely due to instructor unavailability or unforeseen technical issues, 100% of the fees (including Registration Fee) paid by the student will be refunded.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original source of payment.
6. Duplicate Payment
- If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded in full within 7 working days upon submission of proof of transaction.
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request (if eligible under the terms above), please follow these steps:

- Subject Line: Refund Request – [Student Name] – [Course Name].
- Body: Include your Enrollment ID, Payment Receipt, and Reason for Cancellation.
