Unless otherwise stated, Modafiesta Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and in our training modules.
- Course Materials: All training videos, lab guides, PDF notes, and “Unofficial Lab Guides” authored by Hitesh Popat are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute.
- Restrictions: You must not:
- Republish material from Modafiesta Solutions.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the course.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy course material for commercial distribution.
- Record audio or video of live classroom sessions without explicit written permission.
3. Course Enrollment & Certification
- Training vs. Certification: Modafiesta Solutions provides training preparation for global certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, EC-Council, CompTIA, Citrix, VMware).
+2 - Disclaimer: We are a training provider. Enrollment in our course does not include the examination fee for third-party vendors (like Microsoft or Amazon) unless explicitly stated in a specific package.
- Completion Certificate: Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a “Certificate of Training” from Modafiesta Solutions. This is not a global certification from Microsoft/AWS. You must pass the respective official vendor exam to achieve those credentials.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payment Terms: All course fees must be paid in advance or as per the installment plan agreed upon at the time of admission.
- Non-Refundable: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable to reserve your seat.

5. Student Conduct & Lab Usage
- Code of Conduct: We maintain a professional learning environment. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior towards the trainer or fellow students will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
- Lab Infrastructure: Students provided with access to our physical or cloud labs must use them strictly for educational purposes. Any attempt to use our infrastructure for illegal activities (e.g., unauthorized crypto mining, hacking external servers) will be reported to authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modafiesta Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
- Failure to pass third-party certification exams (Microsoft, AWS, etc.) despite training, as exam results depend on individual student effort.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
